Covered by Warranty (12 months from date of purchase):

• Manufacturing defects - including issues with PUL, elastic, snaps, defective stitching, or faulty fabric.

Not Covered by Warranty:

• General wear and tear.
• Washing in excess of 60 degrees Celsius.
• The use of fabric softeners or bleach in incorrect dosages.
• Soaking of shells or inserts as part of a regular wash routine (cloth nappies only).
• Any modifications made to the product/s in any way.
• Accidental damage.
